The Academy’s Professional Development Seminar is designed to assist teachers to be more comfortable teaching media literacy to help students become aware of media messages encountered daily, improve analytical skills to evaluate those messages, and encourage provocative and thoughtful interaction with the media.

The class is free, but is limited to 40 participants.
